2.1 Dispatch Time All orders are dispatched within 4-7 business days. We use common couriers including DHL, UPS, and Hermes.
2.2 Shipping Time Orders are typically shipped within 4 business days after payment. In some cases, processing and dispatch may take up to 7 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and are typically between 8-15 days. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible (see Section 5). We strive to keep shipping delays to a minimum.
2.3 Change of Delivery Address If you would like to change your delivery address, please email us at support@eisnova.shop with your order number and the new address. Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate your request before the order ships. However, once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
2.4 PO Box Shipping Eisnova delivers to PO Box addresses using postal services only. We cannot provide courier services to these addresses.
2.5 Out of Stock Items If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the unavailable item(s) and ship the rest of your order.
2.6 Delayed Delivery If your delivery takes longer than 35 business days, please contact us so we can investigate. In most cases, we can locate the item or issue a free replacement. Our team will ensure you receive your order.
3. Tracking Notifications Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its status via the courier's tracking updates. Alternatively, you can also track your order directly through our website under the "Order Tracking" section using your tracking number.
4. Damaged Packages in Transit If you notice that your package was damaged in transit, please accept the delivery and contact us at support@eisnova.shop. We will help resolve the issue.
5. Cancellations If you change your mind before receiving your order, please email support@eisnova.shop. We will try to process your request promptly. However, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped. If your order has shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
6. Insurance Packages are insured for loss and damage up to the courier's stated value. Our customer service team will assist in resolving any related issues.
