Right of Withdrawal

Consumer means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (MOGUN CONSULTING LLC, 3833 Powerline Road STE 201, 33309 Fort Lauderdale, Email: support@eisnova.shop) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email or a letter sent by post). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

The goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days of your notification of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;

• for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at least 30 days later, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control;

• for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;

• for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
